Position Summary:
As a result of ongoing expansion and acquisitions, onePHG is seeking a Full-Time, onsite, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Field Support Office. This position will be responsible for generating payments to vendors and payees in an efficient and timely manner, reconcile accounts payable and receivable while supporting the company and other financial support staff in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review payables for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Apply vendor credits and generate appropriate payments
• Coordinate transfer and/or new vendor accounts upon acquisition of new practices/offices
• Manage and report on accounts receivable aging and reporting
• Assist in administration/reconciliation of point-of-sale systems and reporting
• Troubleshoot problem areas
• Assist in the documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• Make recommendations for continual process improvements
• Ensure procedures are documented
• Ad Hoc reporting and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (or higher) in accounting, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop
• Prior A/P and/or A/R experience with knowledge of accounting terms, preferred
• Experience with purchase order systems a plus
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet timely deadlines
• Self-Starter with strong initiative to take on new assignments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
