Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the processing of accounts payable for Community State Bank and the fixed asset accounting for QCRH and its subsidiaries. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance of reliable accounting information as a basis for management planning and decision-making and for the fulfillment of financial reporting requirements for QCRH and its subsidiaries.
Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in accounting or related field is highly desirable. Prior accounts payable and fixed asset experience is required. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently in order to meet the required deadlines assigned. Proficient in the use of a 10 key calculator and computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
