LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This is a true temp to perm position and is an excellent opportunity to join a very strong accounting team with a ton of room to grow. This organization has a top notch company culture! Job Description:

• Review and approve vendor invoices submitted through Concur

• Review invoices received and route to proper employees;

• Complete data entry of vendor invoices not processed through Concur

• Coordinate the preparation and mailing of check request runs and accounts payable checks

• Research and reply to vendor and employee inquiries regarding status of invoices

• Review vendor statements to ensure all invoices are received

Qualifications:

• At least one year of Accounts Payable experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Proficiency with Concur a plus

• Knowledge of SAP a plus

• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment

Pay Range: $26/hr-$28/hr

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
