Job Duties:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for monitoring the outflow of capital for the company. Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.

• Facilitates payment of vendors, along with matching up and entering all AP invoices, reviewing purchase orders as needed to help resolve any discrepancies between invoices and POs.

• Tracking and managing Certificate of liabilities on vendors, vendor statements and monthly reconciliation on accounting files.
• Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
• Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required, Business or Accounting experience preferred.
