Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst analyzes accounts payable/receivable activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Maintains and reconciles the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst utilizes AP/AR data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements or cost savings. Generates reports to bring insight into collections, account ages, and other relevant metrics and relays conclusions to management. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst investigates and resolves discrepancies in billings and collections or payments. Analyzes customer credit history, determines credit risk, and recommends credit limits and payment terms. May recommend improvements to accounts payable/receivable processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Senior National Retail Analyst will support the National Retail Account Director and Team through analytical support, sales insights and solutions for Walmart & Sam’s Club. This position will lead the effort to review and translate data sources (internal, customer POS, & syndicated) into actionable insights, strategy and tactics. This position will also leverage insights to focus on improving product assortment, placement, and promotions, as well as assist in the planning, forecasting, execution tracking, and tool building for key initiatives with Walmart & Sam’s Club. This position will lead all aspects and functions, forecasting, New Item Set-up & management, Execution Tracking, Out of Stock improvement, On Time In Full performance, inventory/ supply chain issues and opportunities and ad-hoc sales support.
This position must be based from the Rogers, Arkansas office to operate in a hybrid capacity (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
