Duties/Responsibilities

• Enter monthly contract billings into Sage 300 CRE.
• Scan, send out, and file contract billings.
• Input, send out, scan, and file quick bills.
• Collections: Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and follow-up by contacting customers to request payment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
