Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst jobs in Fort Worth, TX

• Performs analysis of finance & accounting system data
• Delivers efficient and accurate reporting of data
• Prepares ad-hoc reports
• Document and evaluate business processes for process optimization and efficiency opportunities
• Develops presentations that summarize and communicates progress updates
• Develop and monitor process system tests
• Identifies issues, proposes solutions and coordinates/contributes to implementation
• Works with management and end-users to address data and process concerns
• Supports initiatives, projects and vendor relationships

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 3 years related work experience in similar field/position

• Master's or other Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• Ability to work with BI reporting and analytical tools- Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Hyperion, Altyrex, Microsoft Access Database
• Project management and methodology familiarity- Agile or Waterfall
• Familiarity with SOX Compliance

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Willingness to take initiative and ownership
• Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop solutions to business problems and operational challenges
• Ability to create process documentation
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects, prioritizes opportunities, and take initiative towards achieving common goal
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Able to build relationships and interact productively with various departments and all levels of management
• Work in a team environment as well as be successful independently
