Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst jobs in Lowell, MA

F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst for it's Bedford, MA location.

Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of accounts payable balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments and disputed items.
• Request or find any invoices that are considered open items on vendor statements and collaborate with over 100 locations to have these items processed.
• Communicate with branches on status of invoices that are past due or are approaching the due date.
• Maintain vendor files including updating contact information, terms and support documentation.
• Review processed AP transactions for accuracy including invoice number, vendor remit to address, due date and cash discount terms verification.
• Manage the accounts payable helpdesk, responding to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable with a strong understanding of the full AP cycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Acumatica knowledge is a plus
