Role :: AP/Invoice Analyst I

Primary Locations :: Everett WA, Puyallup WA OR Portland/Tigard OR – 4 days a week onsite and 1 remote

Job description

Primary focus: Processing construction invoices for business partners for network expansion.

These are construction line items as well as permitting, survey and design.

Day to day:

• Very detailed task-based work.
• Processing invoices through an itemized system by scope of work.
• Each person processes around 300 invoices a month
• Final invoice task reconciliation: communicate with business partners and let them know they may have differences in costs/invoice amounts.

Skills:

• Bookkeeping experience.
• Construction experience is helpful.
• Have had success with people right out of college and those with experience from everything from dental offices to construction companies.
• 2-3 years of experience is minimum number of years’ experience.
• This is not a true Financial Analyst role and will not require any modeling.
• Should have intermediate excel skills.
• Do not want to see resumes of people who change jobs every few months.
• Must be organized.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour
