Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk jobs in Boise, ID

Bronco Motors is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position maintains proper accounting records by accurately and efficiently computing, classifying, preparing, recording and verifying financial data. Reports to Controller and Office Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare accounts receivable statements, reports and other records, and review for accuracy

• Review check request support for proper approval and general ledger coding

• Enter and process invoices for payment by designated deadlines

• Perform check runs

• Vendor tracking and invoice reconciliation as needed

• Maintain receivable files, process vendor payments and returned checks

• Verify and post all daily activity to include deposits, receivables, refunds, receipts, etc. to general ledger

• Monitor receivable or payables to ensure payments and charges are processed timely and kept current

• Run, review, balance and interpret reports daily and at month end

• Reconcile report discrepancies and research problems

• Input and reconcile general ledger account as assigned by Office Manager/ Controller

• Provide additional administrative support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Automotive experience a plus

• Two years accounting experience

• Exceptional written & oral communication skills

• Ability to multi task

• Computer experience with Word, Excel and Reynolds a plus

• HS Diploma/Equivalent

• Minimum of 1yr Accounting background

• Positive/Upbeat attitude

• MS Office/Windows Proficiency

• Clear background/Drug Screen
