Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk jobs in Hopkinsville, KY

We are looking for a skilled and motivated accounts payable clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and credit card transactions
• Verify discrepancies, research issues, and resolve billing issues
• Reconcile statements to open invoices
• Issue payment for processed and approved invoices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
• Multi-entity accounting
• Accurate data entry skills
• Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Sage Intacct a plus
• Accuracy and attention to detail with an aptitude for numbers
• Ability to multi-task and well organized
• Perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Positive attitude
