Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk jobs in Las Vegas, NV

The Boat Brokers, R/V, and Classic Cars is now seeking an Administrative assistant to handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Account reconciliations.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Credit Card account reconciliations.

Essential Responsibilities

· Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.

· Practice and promote teamwork at all times.

· AR/AP Entry

· Report daily of activities

· End of Day reports

· Bank Deposits

· Other tasks, roles, and responsibilities to be assigned as experience is gained.

Qualifications

· Detail Oriented and Organized

· General accounting experience or working with numbers

· Computer experience – Microsoft, web applications, CDK Lightspeed (preferred)

· Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills

· Dependable and punctual

· Supportive in a team environment.

· Strong data entry experience.

· Strong communication skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full Time

Pay: $16.00-18.00 DOE per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• 1 hour lunch
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lake Havasu City, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• A/R & A/P processing: 1 year (Preferred, but will train)
• Book Keeping Preferred, not required

License/Certification:
