Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and accounts payable support in a dynamic environment. They would be nimble and responsive in a high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a client-facing environment.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming customer/vendor phone calls
• Maintain an efficient filing system of customer financial files
• Ensure accurate documentation for job starts
• Run and track Time & Material reports and Job Hours reports

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Prepare and perform check runs
• Document and track credit card entries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office products

· Understanding of debits, credits, and basic financial principles

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proven experience in accounts payable processes

· Proficiency in SAGE and other accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
