Job Description

T.NETWORK is looking for an Account Manager to join our North America team! T.NETWORK is a global logistics company focused on providing quality freight forwarding services, while allowing our employees a true work-life balance. To better achieve this mission, We are looking a qualified Account Management professional with a background in freight forwarding that will work out of our Itasca IL office in the greater Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

• Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations
• Identify opportunities to further develop accounts by selling T.NETWORK's portfolio of services
• Develop and designnew business opportunities by analyzing existing operational capabilities and client relationshipsalongside Sales
• Collaborate withsales andaccount leadership to develop pricing strategies
• Manage customer expectations and communicateT.NETWORKcapabilities and solutions
• Collaborateand lead regularly scheduledbusiness reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
• Manage and coordinate new account implementation process
• Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of customer's business and associated supply chain requirements
• Act as an escalation point and proactively work with customer and sales/ operational staff in facilitating corrective action
• SOP Ownership and maintenance including auditing of team activities to ensure SOP compliance for scheduled tasks and responsibilities key to account operations
• Business Intelligence - Development, Production and Analysis of customer specific reports.
• Maintenance of Tariffs, including requesting of validation of and inclusion of new rate requests.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4-5 Years Freight Forwarding Experience
