Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 (based on qualifications)

Position Summary
This position is responsible for working alongside the Account Managers to grow the North American business. The Key Accounts Manager will work closely with the other managers of the North American as well as European and Asian businesses to deliver the global Outcomes for Digital Printing. The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing the Key Account relationships, driving sales and implementing a clear commercial strategy which supports both North American and global business growth and goals.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Lead the Key Account business in the covered territories and achieve commercial targets.
Develop Key Account strategy aligned with global business goals.
Ensure buy-in from key business leaders of other Digital Printing regions, and drive implementation and communication.
Drive revenue and margin improvements through innovative programs. Promote change to adapt to new market demands to increase competitiveness and meet commercial targets.
Maintain relationships with existing Key Accounts by being the main point of contact for Account requests, escalations, and overall needs.
Meet regularly with Key Accounts headquarters and plant locations.
Maintain great intercompany communication skills to engage the right person or department for Key Account needs.
Locate or propose potential business opportunities within defined Key Accounts; discovering and exploring opportunities. This includes work with Key Account headquarters, Key Account plants, Account Managers, and OEM partners.
Support the introduction and manage the implementation of new products into National Accounts.
Attend industry events, workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes and promote the Brand.
Manage customer relationships internally and externally, drive towards an excellent customer experience.
Provide updates to local management and Digital Printing global team on Key Account activities.
Utilize standard Domino tools (e.g. Saleforce) for management of commercial activity.
Perform with a global, Domino-first mindset, which fosters collaboration and inclusion.

What You Need
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role
Valid Driver’s License required
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Able to travel nationally and globally

Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands
- Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves lifting no more than 10 pounds at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required occasionally, and other sedentary criteria are met.
