Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of an organization to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Reviews and evaluates the accounts payable and receivable registers to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager monitors account aging reports, identifies delinquent accounts, and refers accounts to collection agencies. Verifies customer credit limits and applicable payment terms. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager designs and implements standard policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant financial records. Audits methods and procedures of the accounts payable and receivable functions to improve efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Accounts Receivable Manager (“AR Manager”) will be responsible for overseeing LIBERTY Dental Plan’s (“LIBERTY”) Accounts Receivable department (“AR department”) which handles the company’s generated income. The AR Manager will work with his or her staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely fashion. The AR Manager is responsible for the overall invoicing, collection and cash application activities, timely management of all AR aging components, and financial reporting relating to the AR function. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and firmly direct the AR department.

COMPENSATION
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
