Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of an organization to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Reviews and evaluates the accounts payable and receivable registers to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager monitors account aging reports, identifies delinquent accounts, and refers accounts to collection agencies. Verifies customer credit limits and applicable payment terms. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager designs and implements standard policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant financial records. Audits methods and procedures of the accounts payable and receivable functions to improve efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance available after 60 days. 401(k) with match available after a year.
Responsibilities:
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
· Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
· Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
· Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts
· Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
· Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure proper accounting
· Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts
· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
· Backup Cashier for Parts & Service Customers
· Accounts Receivable duties to be added once trained
