We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor! This position reports to the Director of Finance Operations.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible to:

· Lead the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Team with two Direct Reports

· Ensure Processes for 3-Way Matching, Risk Procedures, and General Ledger coding are followed.

· Approve and Administer the Weekly Payment Processing.

· Build Strong Relationships and Complete Monthly Statement Reviews with Strategic Vendors.

· Lead and Drive continuous improvement projects within Accounts Payable and throughout the organization.

• Effective Communication across all areas of the business including Sourcing, Operations, and Finance to ensure an exceptional overall Vendor and Customer experience.

Candidate must be organized, tenacious, display urgency and have a strong ability to multi-task. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, display initiative with decision making and show a genuine desire for continuous improvement. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel is required. Familiarity with Oracle is a plus.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
