Accounts Payable/Receivable Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding the day-to-day operational activities of an organization's accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Maintains and reconciles the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Supervisor implements standard operating procedures to maintain accurate financial records and control reports. Monitors collection period and sends follow-up inquiries regarding payments for the organization. Job Summary:
The Accounts P/R at Astro Ford will be responsible for managing and processing all payroll and accounts payable transactions for the dealership. This individual will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, vendors, and service providers. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, knowledge of ADP preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll laws and regulations
