The Accounts Receivable Associate is an entry-level position that includes daily check posting, data entry, scanning and filing and order releasing. We will provide training for those who are interested in a career in accounting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post checks received daily
• Research invoicing discrepancies and make necessary corrections
• Handle customer inquiries regarding account balances and open invoices
• Process credit card payments and cash receipts
• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone and email
• Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: College degree preferred
• Professional Experience: experience in credit, accounting, financial analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years preferred.
• 2 years of Customer service experience
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a team environment.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
