Hai Hospitality is searching for a Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Home Office team in Austin, TX!

The AP Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable cycle, including Accounts Payable, Vendor Statements, 1099 filings, and other related monthly procedures. This position will work directly with vendors and restaurant managers to ensure timely, accurate, and complete payments. This position will supervise one AP Specialist, with additional management responsibilities as the Company continues to grow.

We are offering a salary range between $74,000-$88,000 depending on experience.

What you'll do in this role:

• Responsible for managing the entire Accounts Payable process, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and recorded correctly in Restaurant 365
• Review restaurant and office AP batches for accuracy and proper approvals
• Manage the weekly check run, ACH, and EFT process, including validating payments and submitting to 3rd party check printing company
• Supervise and assist AP Specialist manage AP workflow
• Maintain accurate filing of all related invoices, both electronic and paper copies as necessary
• Manage vendors and issue 1099 to all eligible vendors at the end of the year
• Make recommendations for process improvement including automated AP systems
• Contribute to a positive work environment

The experience and abilities we hope you'll bring to our organization:

• 3-4 years of accounting experience as an AP Supervisor
• Experience in a high-volume AP environment with both digital and paper invoice copies
• Experience in restaurant or multi-unit retail preferred
• Team Player (a “we” vs. “me” attitude)
• Good communication skills – seek feedback and enjoys working in a team environment
• Hands on, with above average organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt, grow and change with the business
