Accounts Payable Supervisor jobs in Idaho Falls, ID

Professional Knowledge:

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office
• Must be able to type 50 wpm
• Must exhibit excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communications to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel management.
• High attention to detail a must
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

• Process various types of accounts payable invoices such as purchase order invoices, vendor payment requests, subcontractor labor, etc.
• Maintain adequate payment records.
• Reconcile vendor statements. Resolve complex issues and concerns regarding vendor payments.
• Perform other accounts payable tasks requiring knowledge and understanding of accounts payable policies and procedures.
• Perform other special assignments within the Accounts Payable area such as analyzing vendor payments, researching requesting payment information, reviewing audit trails for appropriate cost distribution and other similar projects.
• Prepare and input cost distribution journals as required.
• Support testing of system upgrades and enhancements.

Pay: $16.20 - $17.98 per hour
