Accounts Payable Supervisor jobs in Santa Rosa, CA

Balletto Winery, a family-owned and operated winery with vineyards found throughout Sonoma County, is searching for an Accounts Payable person. Balletto sources all its fruit for its wines from its own vineyards, producing consistent, elegant, award-winning Estate wines.

In support of the Controller, the Accounts Payable person is responsible for performing the entire Accounts Payable cycle with heavy cost coding and clerical tasks ensuring accurate and efficient processing and maintenance of transactions.

What we are looking for this person to perform:

• Accounts payable processes
• General administrative duties

What you bring to the table:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years’ experience in applicable accounts payable, general ledger systems and procedures, and financial chart of accounts (preferred not required)
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel
• Proficient in ECELLARS and Microsoft NAV highly desirable
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Proficient in 10-key by touch
• Valid California Driver's License
