We are actively looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Newark, NJ office.

Our company is currently seeking Accounts Receivable Clerks to join our team!

Number of Positions Available: 1

Reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Overview:
Accounts Receivable & Collections

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process payments daily.
• Check the accuracy of business transactions.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager.
• Collections - 5 Years Experience

Qualifications:

• Must Have 5 Years Experience with Collections
• Accounting Processing
• Strong organizational skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets).
• Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, work in teams, stay positive and consistent.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable for at least 5 years.

Salary:
$17.00 per hour (salary also depends on experience)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Whitehall, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
