Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer cancellation and refund requests, issue invoices, post payments to accounts, assist with collections on past-due accounts, and reconcile billing discrepancies. You will verify billing information for new customers and place holds on services for existing customers if their information is out of date. You will also assist the Accounts Receivable Manager with month-end responsibilities related to accounts receivable and other customer-related activities.
