Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the day-to-day operational activities of an accounts receivable department. Creates and distributes invoices to customers. Being an Accounts Receivable Clerk records, verifies, and posts payments received by the organization and ensures transactions are recorded in accordance with internal accounting policies. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments. Additionally, Accounts Receivable Clerk responds to customer inquiries and assists with the research of any discrepancies regarding bills. May utilize accounting software and systems to manage invoices and payments. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Accounts Receivable Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Laurel Valley Motors Inc is currently seeking a Full Time Experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk for our fast growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Accounting experience, along with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast- paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Processing of all Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, including all statement reconciliations.
· Processing of all vendor payments.
· Processing all vehicle deals and bank contracts.
· Reconciling of various accounting schedules
·Excellent Organizational Skills.
Other Miscellaneous office duties
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm work schedule.
