Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs in Lake Charles, LA

Navarre Auto Group is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of all vendor accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Send detailed statements to vendors monthly
• Follow up with vendors weekly on past due payment balances
• Code all payments received to ensure schedules are cleared
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Collect on all NSF checks and process with DA's office when necessary
• Post all detail receivable invoices
• Post all journal entries
• Order all supplies for all dealerships

Requirements:

• Must be a self motivated individual with a high level of organization skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to deal effectively with dealership personnel & management
• Must be able to communicate with vendors via phone, email or mail
• Must be a team player and very dependable
• Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
