May utilize accounting software and systems to manage invoices and payments. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:
Records in the MSC systems the customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable, for Wire transfers. • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. • Replies to customers’ questions regarding the payments they made and makes corrections in the MSC systems if necessary. • Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested. • Researches the customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff. • Collaborates with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis. • Maintains and updates customer files.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
