Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs in Racine, WI

BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake is currently hiring an experienced AP/AR Professional. If you are self-motivated, work with great attention to detail, are able to multi-task and possess a great work ethic, we would love to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Process all financial transactions (cash, checks, or credit) and issue appropriate receipts

• Basic accounting duties

• Handle daily deposits

• Keep record of monthly advertising expenses

• Maintain and reconcile financial schedules

• Validate all vouchers and secure proper payment authorization

• Ensure that all cash, checks, keys, and confidential material are secured during your shift and at the end of the business day

• Record vendor transactions and document vendor details for 1099 reporting

• Reporting and basic data entry

Qualifications

• AR/AP Accounting Experience

• Organized/Detail orientated

• Able to handle a challenging, fast paced environment

• Coop reimbursement experience a huge plus

• Professional appearance

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Computer skills, comfortable with learning new applications and data systems

• Must be able to multitask and follow directions

• Detail Oriented with strong work ethics and habits

• Dealership Accounting experience preferred

• High school diploma

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
