ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/ORDER PROCESSING

We have a long-term employee retiring and we are looking for a replacement. The Accounts Receivable/Order Processing position will:

- Verify and enter customer purchase orders; enter new part numbers

- Process daily UPS shipments

- Process bill of ladings daily

- Certifications of Product

- Process Accounts Receivable

Work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted for family needs. This is a full-time position with overtime required on rare occasions. This is a great opportunity to work around family schedules!

This position requires some computer literacy, organization, good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and sound logic.
