Position Overview:

We are growing and need to add to our team!

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in our team’s success by managing the financial interactions with our clients. This position involves processing finance applications, entering new jobs into our ERP system, and managing accounts for both cash transactions and financed customer purchases, including collecting issued invoices. Additionally, you will oversee basic office functions, such as ordering supplies and handling phone inquiries as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable for cash and finance customers.
• Accurately enter job details into the ERP system.
• Handle the processing of finance applications.
• Manage office supplies and handle phone inquiries as needed.
• Ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Create job files for the project manager.
