We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented warranty/ accounts receivable clerk to join our team. As a warranty/ accounts receivable clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any discrepancies

Skills:

• Experience in account reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of Reynolds ERA Ignite
