Job Duties & Responsibilities: “What you will do”

• Lead a diverse team of on-site billing specialists
• Assist with new hire train onboarding
• Coordinate new hire and ongoing staff training to ensure high productivity and quality of work
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure professional development and success
• Develop and implement processes to improve quality and efficiency of both workflow processes and documentation for department reporting
• Model aligned leadership behavior, communicating with utmost professionalism, and following all company policies/process in accordance with Zynex Medical

Requirements: “Ideally you have/are.."

• 3 years of leadership experience, supervising a team of 10 employees
• Detail-oriented and self-directed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Relationship and customer-service focused (patience, empathy)
• Experience with process improvement, quality control, data analysis and/or reporting
• High proficiency of office technical skills including Microsoft Office and phone systems
• Service industry, fulfillment, and/or customer service experience is ideal for this role

Education Requirements:

• Minimum of requirement of completed associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
