Accounts Receivable Manager manages accounts receivable functions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Oversees collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past-due accounts, and keeping track of cash receipts. Being an Accounts Receivable Manager monitors account aging reports, identifies delinquent accounts, and refers accounts to collection agencies. ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire Accounts Payable/Operations specialists to work on a 4-month temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Environmental Department in Santa Fe, NM.
This position will track budgets and revenue, and complete reconciliations including payroll reconciliation, default time reconciliation, and grant reconciliation. Other duties include cost package assembly; preparing required adjusting journal entries; conducting budget tracking; cost recoupment; working within the Statewide Human Resources Accounting and management Reporting System (SHARE); and other financial and administrative tasks in support of the Bureaus.
