Accounts Receivable Manager jobs in Springfield, MO

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

• Process and post incoming payments for open accounts
• Monitor customer accounts and note all communication activity
• Call customers to obtain payment status on past due invoices and provide copies of any missing invoices
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Send invoices and account statements
• Answer incoming calls
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Accounts receivable, accounting and bookkeeping skills
• Data entry, typing and math skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience with spreadsheets, word processing and email communication
• Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Schedule - TBD

Salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

• Aurora, MO 65605: Relocate before starting work (Required)
