Accounts Receivable Supervisor jobs in Bellingham, WA

This Accounts Receivable position will work in the Rentals division of the company. A certificate or some higher education is preferred. Experience in accounting is a plus. Pay D.O.E.

Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):

• Receive and enter all rent, security deposit, owner deposit, laundry money and collection payments by check, cash and ACH
• Process all tenant move ins, tenant move outs and tenant change of residency
• Take daily deposits to the bank of all received items
• Keep track of collection accounts – both in house accounts and accounts that have been sent to the collection agency
• Charge late fees to tenants as appropriate
• Work with property managers to add charges/credits to tenant ledgers as needed
• Track and enter lease renewals
• Charge lease fees to properties when applicable
