Responsibilities:
- Process and record accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and send invoices to customers

- Perform account analysis and assist with month-end closing activities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques for collections is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Familiarity with journal entries and accounts payable processes
- Understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements
