A New Hope Home Care is looking for a qualified and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or In Home Aide (HHA) for in home care for several of our adult and pediatric clients.

We have a variety of needs at this time - Full-time, Part-time, PRN (Days/Evenings/Weekends). Pay ranges between $14 - $18 depending on the client's payer source as well as Aide experience.

We have multiple clients and part time CNA positions available in the greater Asheville, NC area needing care. Weekend and weekday, day shift needs for both adult and pediatric clients. Clients are a mix of both Medicaid and private pay. Recently, we have had a strong uptick in private pay clients and have multiple openings available. In Home CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) Care involves many aspects of our client's care - personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, med reminders, bathing, dressing, assisting with transfer, companionship etc... We train you on each individual client to ensure your competency in his/her care.

One-on-one care - in home CNA care consists of following the client's care plan
Provide all client care in a manner that reflects respect for client rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs
Documentation of client's care plan
Support client and client's family in educating them on client's care and changes in client's condition

Qualifications

Must possess a current, valid CNA North Carolina license
Certification in CPR
1 year of experience preferred
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
