Responsible for planning, organizing, developing for Activity Department for a long-term care nursing center in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and center guidelines. Provides ongoing social activity programs designed to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients in accordance with patient assessment plans. Participates in patient social activities such as parties, games, and special events; conducts patient assessments and documents activity attendance records.
