Come join our surgical/urgent care/internal medicine team and get the opportunity to work alongside board-certified surgeons, internists, and highly skilled emergency doctors as well as our incredibly talented RVTs and assistants in an established but growing surgical/urgent care practice.
RVT certification is favorable and at least 2 years of veterinary practice experience.
Must be able/willing to work late evenings/overnights and weekends. GENEROUS swing $4.000/hr, overnight $6.00/hr, and weekend $8.00/hr differentials!
Core Competencies
This position is a 3/12-hour (overnight/swing) workweek. We are open on weekends and most holidays.

Requirements
· RVT is preferred but will consider experienced, non-certified candidates.
· 2 years of Veterinary Hospital Experience
· Be able to stoop, bend, twist, reach, and safely restrain different species of animals.
· Be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 Lbs. and balance, at times, animals in excess of 50 Lbs.
· Safely lift, move, adjust, transfer, or position patients and equipment using proper body mechanics. Stand for sufficient periods of time to actively engage in clinical activities (maybe up to 10 hours a day)
