Audit & Adjustment Company is a leading company in Accounts Receivable Management industry specializing in Healthcare Collections. We have been in business since 1996 and are located in Lynnwood WA.

We are seeking a full time Client Service Representative to provide customer service support to our clientele, with weekday schedule of Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.

Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

· Answer multi line phones

· Deal directly with clients electronically and by telephone

· Organizing, filing, and maintaining documents

· Preparing correspondence & processing mail

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills/Requirements:

· Type at least 35-40 WPM

· Mandatory 2 years experience in an office setting or clerical field

· Customer Service Skills: pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person

· Proven attendance record

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook

· Excellent attention to detail

· Independent work ethic, ability to follow instructions and work well independently

· Ability to write & edit business correspondence

· Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

· Multitasking and time management skills

· Collection Agency Experience preferred

· High School Diploma or equivalent
