This position is remote, but will need to live in the state of Washington for occasional in person visits in the South Puget Sound region of Tacoma, Washington.
The Director of Risk Adjustment will oversee a team of 5 Risk Management Coders.
This role will work with multiple stakeholders and partner with other leaders in the MultiCare HealthSystem.
This role will communicate, coordinate, and influence execution of education, and audit & compliance.
Requirements -
Bachelors degree in related field
8 years of experience with Risk Adjustment, project management, operations, quality improvement or data analysis/reporting experience in the healthcare industry.
2 years experience in risk adjustment regulatory environment and risk adjustment program development
