This role will be based in our plant in Norwood, MA and because it is so central to our business and our production employees on both shifts, you will need to be on-site 5 days a week with some flexibility in terms of working hours in order to be available for 2nd shift employees. There is some flexibility in which days and hours you work, but ideally 2 days (Monday, Tuesday or Thursday) will be from 11am to 7:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pm and the remaining 3 days will be from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Please note, we do have flexibility here.
