The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include processing accounts payable billing and maintaining all accounts payable records, assisting with the employment application process, pulling various reports within the bank core system, assisting with the employee timecard program, assigning training for employees, performing secretarial tasks for multiple executives and various other responsibilities/tasks as assigned.
