We are currently seeking a Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant to work in our Health Services Department.
The Medical Administrative Assistant assumes duties assigned by the Medical Team, including but not limited to preparing medical charts, setting up medical appointments for youth in care, assisting in maintaining the medical file, maintaining inventory for medical supplies for the clinic and medication cabinets, stocking first aid kits, and other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule: FT, 40 hours-Sunday-Wednesday, 10am-9pm, Thursday-Saturday OFF

Essential:
High School diploma or associates degree with clerical experience
Bi-lingual Spanish- English
Must be at least 21 years of age.
