JOB DESCRIPTION
In Office Front Desk / Receptionist Responsibilities. Receives visitors and answers small amount of calls providing assistance or direction to the appropriate office or person;
exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in visitor / phone call direction. Manages office and kitchen suppplies, to include ordering, stocking cabinets and inventory.
Periodically prepare mail and fed ex shipping labels. Breakdown, distribute and / or scan office mail. Distribution of morning call off voicemails.
When needed, answers telephones providing direction and assistance sometimes requiring working knowledge of company procedure.
Provides such clerical assistance as typing reports, letters, postings, records, maintaining files, working with excel spreadsheets, etc.
Schedules appointments and conference rooms in Outlook, and arranges for meetings. Assist in setting up conference room, ordering of meals, snacks and soft drinks for department and client meetings.
Qualifications : High School Diploma, 2 years related experience, ability to type 35-40 words per minute from recorded dictation or handwritten copy. Computer literacy required.
