About the role

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to the medical team working out of a clinic setting within an industrial client facility.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, conducting client intakes, file maintenance and patient correspondence.

We are currently staffing for a PRN Administrative Assistant for one of our client sites in the Gregory, TX area. This position will provide coverage on Saturdays from 7 : 00AM-5 : 00PM as well as occasionally during the week.

Candidates must be local and able to commute to the area.

Key responsibilities

• Make appointments for the personnel attending the clinic
• Register personnel visiting the facility for consultation
• Prepare required files
• Manage and control the completion and filing of medical records
• Prepared correspondence and reports
• Maintain training records

About you

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of experience clerical and / or administrative assistant experience.
