Local car dealership seeking an administrative assistant to join their team. The right candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have great customer service and communication skills, and strong ability to multitask. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Answering phones (4 lines)
· Typing up letters, contracts, and emails
· Typing up Inspection Reports, Service Estimates and Job Tickets
· Scanning of vendor invoices into the Network (FileShare)
· Organizing scanned files (Data Entry)
· Greet customers and vendors.
· File vendor invoices
· Make sure all emails are printed and in customer's folders
· Research and order office supplies
· Purge vendor folders at end of year and set up new ones for new year.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Personable and professional demeanor.
· Organized and detail-oriented.
· Previous experience in an administrative position.
