Are you great with details, have excellent communication skills and very organized, then you might be who we are in need of for our Administrative Assistant position! We are looking for an individual to administer the day to day administrative functions including handling new hire paperwork and orientation for new staff, time keeping corrections, generating miscellaneous reports as requested, etc.

Communication is very important in this job as you will be the point of contact for many sources of information to and from our onsite staff, customers and branch office. This position is from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are an Employee Owned company with 401k, ESOP, medical, vacations, holidays, etc. This position is for $17.00/hr with experience in the administrative assistant field. Must pass a background screen.

Qualifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; * Strong computer experience including Microsoft Office; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines; * Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance is required.
