Job Summary
Reporting to the VP Patient Care Services or chief nursing leader for the site and through subordinate leadership personnel, directs practice, quality, personnel, operations and financial activities of nursing services and other departments, such as respiratory therapy, as assigned.
1.Masters Degree Required in Nursing, Business, Health Care Administration or related field. Of two degrees one must be in Nursing.
2. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan. Current certification in a related nursing specialty, preferred. Certification required within one year of hire.
3. Five years of experience which may be concurrent clinical and/or progressively more responsible management experience.
